We can offer One-shop service of new products from making rapid prototype to making moulds and injection, then we can assemble to send you the finished products. There are more than 50 main employees in our factory now, including 5 members of the elite business team, 3 leading engineers, 8 CNC engineers, 15 craftsmen, 2 vacuum casting technicians, 3 spray painting and 2 silkscreen printing experts, 5 surface treatment engineers, and other professional and technical personnel.
We can offer you different prototypes, mockups, 3Dprinting,rapid prototyping(SLA,SLS) and injection moulds of different products,such as medical products, consumer electronical products, household articles,auto-parts etc.
Now we have advanced machines like CNC machining centers, milling machinings, SLA modeling machines, vacuum forming machines, electric discharge machining (EDM), painting, silkscreen printing, electroplating, anodizing and other surface treatment facilities.
These resources enable us to conduct small batch production and a large-scale injection model. We also can create and deliver 3D printing for rapid prototyping including the production of concept and presentation models from STL files. Then if prototypes are OK, we can creat the injection moulds for customers.
