ZK-60Y( Full-Automatic Liquid/Paste Packing Machine )


1.主要性能和结构特点:

l 自动包装机可以在包装过程中自动完成计量、制袋、充填、封口、切断、计数、批号等全部工作；
l 控制系统则自动化匹配各动作配合，改系统具有确度高，调整制袋长度简便，且准确无误；
l 具有色标控制系统，可获得完整的商标图案；
l 无级调整速度与袋长，包装速度与制袋长度可在额定范围内无级调整，不需要更换零件；
l 设计采用特的嵌入式封口，加强型热封机构，智能型温控仪温度控制，具有良好的热平衡适应各种的包装材料，性能好、噪音低、封口纹路清晰、密封性强；
l 此设备下料方式为液体泵下料；
l 设备封口形式为三、四边封直纹封口带易撕口，模具带钢字（可压印生产日期）；
l 设备主体部分及与物料接触部分材料为食品级不锈钢，其余为普通不锈钢；
l 设备控制系统为日本三菱PLC .

1. Main features:

l The length of bag and bag packing speed can be alternated by chain-gear stepless speed various without change spare part；
l Unique in-laidembedded mouth sealing, enhanced hot sealing mechanism;
l Intelligent temperature control by temperature controller, featuring fine heat balance, fine packaging performance, low noise, clear sealing texture and strong sealing performance；
l The main parts of the machine and contacted material is food type stainless and other is common stainless ;
l The machine adopt liquid /paste pump to weight and measure , the seal type is three/ four sides seal with easy tearing ;
l Control system is Mitsubishi PLC from Japan .


2.适用范围:

适用于食品、医药、化工产品中液体物料的全自动包装，如：农药剂、洗发水、沐浴液体、面霜、调味油、果酱、番茄酱、蜂蜜等液体/膏体物料。

2. Scope of application :

This machine is suitable for automatic packaging of paste or liquid of foods , medicine and chemicals , such as pesticide , shampoo ,body foam bath lotion , facial cream , ingredient oil , fruit sauce , tomato ketchup and honey and so on .

3.全自动特点：

◆无极调速：包装速度在一定范围内可以无级调整，达到与制袋、充填、封合、切断环节佳匹配，使包装过程稳定可靠。
◆袋长可在额定范围内任意设定，步进电机驱动，拉袋稳定可靠，速度可选定。
◆在包装膜有色标定位标志时，制袋过程可实现光电自动检测、定位、封合、切断，了制袋图案完整。
◆具有自诊断、故障提示功能。
◆温度控制用的PID调节，具有的热封合稳定性，了对不同材料的封合质量。
◆操作维修方便：间歇式结构简单，易于操作和维修。
◆通用性强：通过更换不同的充填头便可达到一机多用的目的。
◆自动打印产品批号，可加易撕口，便于使用。
◆全套采用器件，质量稳定，噪音小，故障率低，使用寿命长。
u 本机小巧特，外形美观，所有与物料接触的器件均由不锈钢和耐腐塑料制成，符合食品和医药包装的要求（即GMP要求）。特别适用于食品、医药及化工等行业。

3. The features of full-automatic：

u Speed Limitless: Packing speed shall be limitless arranged in some extend , which can best match the steps of making bag/fulfilling/sealing and cutting .
u The bag length can be set free at some specific range , using the “Bujin” Motor , making bags stable and the speed can be controlled .
u The process of bag-made can reach self-automatic inspecting/location/sealing and cutting when there are the signs of color locating in packing films .
u Equipment itself has the function of self-diagnosing and error-pointing .
u Controlling temperature by high exact PID , which ensure the sealing quality of different packing film material and will be in more stable of hot sealing .
u Conveniently operate and repair , because of its intermittent simple structure .
u Common using available：Packing 1-100ml in a bag by changing the measure glass .
u Automatically print production lot No. , and adding the easy-tear type convenient .
u Using the superior steel parts , quality to be stable , noise to be bitter , error rate to be low and service life to be long .
u Good appearance , smart and unique , the steel of contacting material is stainless steel or poisonousless and corrosion resistance plastic , which reaches the packing requirement of food and medicine ( say GMP ) , especially available in the industries of food , medicine .
