莹瞬磨床工作台面精度研磨表面光洁度为Ra0.32。

莹瞬磨床主轴采用立设计，搭配CP4级精密斜角滚珠轴承、V3级低震动马达与动平衡后，为普通型主轴之三倍刚性，直接安装于机头座上，更加强头部之强度，主轴之精密；为主轴在超精密磨屑中的精度及硬质合金正切削时提供充足的动力。

莹瞬磨床前后双V，左右1V一平，均贴附U.S.A耐磨片TURCITE-B，以及手工精密铲花。工作台在负荷的情况下，不仅减低阻尼系数，且滑动顺畅、耐磨，确保移动轻快与精度准确，适合成型超精密研磨。
